Jumping on the Caitlyn Jenner band wagon, and without any judgement whatsoever, we are now seeing a wonderful person who is capable to risk a career and a reputation to become her true self.

Being an authentic person is the only way to be happy in life. Every other option is to be an impostor of your truth.

If you don't love yourself enough to be honest about what you want, and in this case, who you are as a human being, as an spiritual being, you are doomed to play a role your own life without experience the pain and the delight to be yourself.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience, therefore, we owe to ourselves at least to have the courage to be honest about who we are, otherwise it will be hell on earth.

I don't believe in opinions, neither should you. I don't believe in shoulds, coulds or anything that implies that there is a "one fits all" that people should follow. Life is a complex adventure, get a helmet and face it.

Nothing is harder to mask the truth. The key to happiness is authenticity, is to find out who you are, what you want, what is your truth, what makes your heart sing, what makes you different from everybody else.

The key to happiness is the ability to be vulnerable, is to expose the humanity in you, so people can relate with the real person who laughs and cries, who suffers, who enjoys life and embrace real relationships, real people, with real lives, real problems, real joy.

So Caitlyn Jenner is real, is free and she is unapologetically being herself and introducing her face and baring her soul to open ways to others, to be a hero once again, to open discussions, to tell and show people that it is ok to be who you are, even when it is very difficult and there are a lot of things at stake, it is still worth it. Because the contrary would be a sentence of a life in prison, the prison of your spirit, trapped in a body that you don't recognize with the windows of your soul, your eyes. Your body parts don't match your mind, your instincts and your soul.

Beautiful people who have the courage to be pioneers and take steps to pave the way to others suffering.

I long the day that freedom is the rule and you do onto others what you would like to be done to you.

Where people are kind to one another, just because they realize we are one, that what we cause others we are causing to ourselves. That nice people are happier and that kindness generate kindness.
